I graduated in Physiotherapy from the University of Ulster in 1998. I worked in the NHS until 2012 and then in private practice until 2022 when I decided to retire from physio and focus on my Pilates teaching.
I became interested in Pilates after attending postnatal classes and have always had an interest in the benefits of exercise for rehab and treatment. I qualified as an APPI Pilates instructor in. I love teaching different levels and variations to suit all abilities.
I’m kept busy outside of work with my 3 kids but in my spare time I like to attend aerial yoga, read, sew and have recently started outdoor swimming.
