We are offering a mixture of face to face classes in the studio and classes that are streamed live on zoom.
Generally a studio class is best if you have had some health problems or are new to this type of exercise.
Zoom classes are brilliant for people who don't live locally (or are on holiday), who have other responsibilities so need to be at home and for people who prefer it!
If you haven't attended a class before, please get in touch and we can provide you with more information.
If you have a smartbookings account, you can log into your account and book a class. You do need credits on your account to book.
