I launched my business, Eleutherial Yoga, in 2025 after finishing my Level 3 Diploma in Yoga Teaching with HFE. I teach Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Power, Restorative, Thematic and Elemental Yoga full-time across Warwickshire, as well as running workshops and events in meditation, wellness, breathwork and elements of spirituality beyond.
Since, I have trained further to obtain a First Aid certification and I am currently undertaking my Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Mat Pilates with HFE. Before going all in with Eleutherial Yoga in 2025, I had ten years of personal Yoga practice behind me in many different styles and approaches, that saw me through A-Levels and university, where I studied a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). Following this, I took time to explore the arts, specifically voice, theatre and commercial acting and modelling. I then took a role which led me to a SKE Course in English Language and Literature as well as a PGCE at secondary in English. During my ECT period, I took an interest in holistic practice as well as neurodiversity, mental health, well-being, mentoring, behavioural psychology and SEND on top of my subject specialisms and Reading Lead position. It was from here that I embarked on a different type of teaching journey at last July's end, but all of these experiences have helped to shape the trauma-informed, inclusive, empathic approach I lead with now, as well as my desire to support people to feel good, healthy, empowered and to find movement that is right for them.
Personally, I love to learn as a student for life so you can often find me studying and researching a variety of topics in my free time, from my craft to languages to philosophy! Yoga is of course a huge part of my own personal life, often accompanied on the mat by a mischievous cat called Dante, and before him, beautiful girls Midnight (Tortie kit) and Ruby (Springer Spaniel pup). But I also love Mat Pilates; Dance; Swimming; Surfing and Hiking. Outside in nature is my favourite place to be, all the better in Summer, and I love to travel, try new things and meet new people. I enjoy photography and creating, and I persevere with writing as my fantasy epic moves slowly along the road to completion!
