Stretch & Soothe is all about finding time to consciously breathe and restore the muscles and connective tissues of the body. Using Yin Yoga to balance stress; alleviate soreness and strain; and improve flexibility and posture, we'll be moving through slow, longer-held, largely-passive poses to embrace decisive stillness, bodily awareness and healthy breathing habits.
We will regularly explore elements of Pranayama, yogic breath-work, and Meditation strategies, as well as wider yogic practices such as Mudras and Mantras. Each class is different in intention and sequence, but style will always be trauma-informed; designed to empower you to build your own practice for your unique body; and inclusive with modifications, adaptions and progressions offered throughout.

The class will flow steadily toward a peak pose, with plenty of modifications and options offered throughout, making them accessible whether you're new to yoga or looking to build on your existing practice.
