Our ante natal class is in the studio on Thursday at 7pm with Lucy.
Ante natal Pilates is suitable for mums at all stages of pregnancy.
It is a gentle form of exercise to keep your body mobile and strong throughout pregnancy.
It focuses on mobility of joints without over stretching, and targets stability muscles to provide support around your core, hips and lower back.
We provide wedges, mats and any other equipment required.
The class offers the benefit of being able to ask Lucy, a qualified physiotherapist, any questions that you may have regarding exercising and your body during Pregnancy, labour and recovery after birth.
The current term runs from Monday 13th April to Saturday 23rd May = 6 weeks.
It costs £81 to book the 6 weeks of term. If you join part way through the term the cost will be based on the number of weeks at £13.50 per week.
