I qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2009 with a First Class Hons from Coventry University. I completed all my junior rotations in Neuro, Respiratory, Musculoskeletal and Women's Health and eventually specialised in MSK and Orthopaedics For many years before branching out into providing therapy within people’s homes. I find this area of work incredibly fulfilling and enjoy the special relationship you can build with people in their own home.
In 2011 I completed APPI Matwork 1, 2 and 3 and then completed additional Antenatal and Postnatal training.
I love sport and am a keen netballer and skier. I enjoy riding my horse and walking my dog in my spare time as well as having fun with my 2 energetic boys and husband!
I'm passionate about the benefits of exercise for mind, body and soul and love helping people of all ages and abilities enjoy the benefits of Pilates.
