I’m a classically trained musician with a Masters Degree from the Royal Academy of Music in London and I have been teaching Pilates, Body Balance and Group Fitness classes alongside my work as a visiting music teacher since 2019.
My Pilates classes are classically based, steady and progressively challenging. There is a strong focus on breathing, control and technique. The whole body is targeted with layered exercises that help to improve mobility, coordination, posture and spine flexibility and develop stronger abdominal, back, gluteal, arm and leg muscles. Hopefully you will sleep well afterwards too!
