Mitchell Wheeler

 

I discovered Pilates in 2014 while working in the care sector, where looking after others depended on how well I looked after myself. What began as a way to strengthen my body soon became a practice that strengthened my mind and spirit too. Through Pilates, I learned how mindful movement can ease pain, release tension, and restore calm—something I now enjoy helping others experience for themselves.

My own journey through emotive experiences, physical strain, and personal change taught me that wellbeing is never just physical. Alongside Pilates, I explored Yoga, Qigong, Reiki, and Holistic Coaching, each deepening my understanding of how the body, mind, and energy work together. These experiences shaped my approach: gentle yet purposeful, focused on awareness, balance, and self-connection.

Through my classes, I bring these teachings together—with Pilates at the core—to support others in moving with ease, building resilience, and finding inner peace. My aim is to help reconnect people in their body, quieten their mind, and discover the strength that comes from moving with intention.
